Constance Hall's Message About Postpartum Bodies Is Something All Mums Need To Hear

Popular Aussie blogger Constance Hall is reminding mums that they should be just as proud of their bump after birth, as they are before it.

The mum-of-five – who gave birth to new son Raja on May 28 – took to Instagram to share the message with a video of her postpartum stomach.

“Do you know what’s funny about having a baby? When you’re pregnant, you’re all like, flaunting and cradling your tummy,” Constance said in the clip.

“And the minute you have your baby, you’re like “hide that s***”. But like, we should cradle our post-birth tummy.”

The 33-year-old is also getting plenty of kudos for her recent recreation of the Duchess of Cambridge’s photo op on the steps of the Lindo Wing, mere hours after giving birth to her third child.

“Oh god Kate… the things they expect of us royals,” she captioned side-by-side images of herself holding Raja with partner Denim Cooke and their kids, next to a shot of Kate, Prince William, and little Prince Louis. “I hear ya babe I hear ya.”
