Expert reveals what women want men to say during sex

Psychosexual and relationship therapist Kate Moyle specialises in working with those that struggle with sex life.

And in an exclusive chat with Daily Star Online, Kate revealed crucial advice on what women like their partners to say.

She said: “There’s not a specific phrase but it is all about positive reinforcement, it feels good for everyone.

“Positive reinforcement is being told that things feel good and they’re enjoying it.”

But the expert urged people to be genuine so that both partners are able to understand each other and what they enjoy.

She added: “Everybody wants to have better sex, it’s about those two people in that relationship.”

Kate suggested by working together to learn what feels good for each other, your sexual experience will improve.

She said: “When it comes to directing our partners during sex, it’s really helpful to offer direction like ‘could you move down a bit?’

“Or moving your partner’s hand slightly or guiding them slightly if that’s in the moment when you’re having sex.

“If it’s a conversation when you’re not in the moment then it’s about talking about the things that you like, or talking about the time that you had sex that you really enjoyed so that you can paint a picture of what you did enjoy about that specific time.”

Kate advised you offer specifics as facts rather than opinions.

She added: “Obviously if we go into a situation like ‘that didn’t make me feel good when you did that, you need to do something differently’ rather than ‘I really like it when you do X’, it is the same piece of information but received in a very different way.”
