“I’ve been meditating for a long time now,” Holly Willoughby shared. “It’s something I do every day before I come to work.” At first, though, the star was “convinced” it wouldn’t fit into her lifestyle. Firstly, Holly believed she “wouldn’t have time to do it” and, secondly, the mum-of-three was concerned she wouldn’t be able to clear her mind. Now, having committed to daily meditation for a “minimum” of 20 minutes, Holly “lets the thoughts come in and go”.
