Simone Biles Just Made Two Major Hair Changes for Summer

It hasn't even been a full week since Simone Biles chopped off her hair into the absolute cutest lob haircut and the superstar gymnast is already changing it up with her hair color. 

Biles, who's been wearing her hair in various styles of super long braids for a good portion of the last two years, went straight and barely shoulder-length last week, beaming in Instagram photos that showed off her dark-brown ‘do. But never one to stick to anything but the landing, she revealed on Tuesday that she’d made a change to her hair color.

"Be the sunshine," she wrote in the caption of her Instagram post, not addressing that her hair now has a copper ombré look. It's parted in the middle, ever-so-slightly wavy, and her dark brown length transitions into what looks like a sunkissed fade at the ends. In fact, it even looks a few inches longer than it did just a few days ago!

"That was quick ???," one fan wrote in the comments, seemingly referring to how fast Biles tweaked her hairstyle. But she has definitely proven that she's a fan of the coppery ombré look, having tried it several times with her long braids.

The look is a great example of what TikTok has declare the hair-color trend of the season: copper hair. And by going reddish-brown on just the ends like Biles has, it's a low-commitment way to make a stunningly warm impact and noticeable change for summer.
