WHAT TO TRY
– The dumbbell curl and press tones the upper arms. Kneel on the floor, with your body upright, holding the weights by your sides, palms facing forwards.
– Curl the weights up to your shoulders and chest, keeping your elbows tight to your body. Turn the weights out, so your palms are facing out.
– Push them up over your head, with your elbows at right angles to your body. Lower and repeat ten times.
