So it looks like we now know Dr. Pimple Popper’s favorite holiday: St. Patrick’s Day (I’ll give you one guess as to why).

Dr. Pimple Popper (a.k.a. Sandra Lee, MD) recently gave a shout-out to the holiday while sharing a video of herself popping a cyst that oozed green goo, and now she’s trying to top that with another St. Paddy’s Day-themed video. And yes, it also features green gunk.

The latest video is a long one—a compilation of Dr. P’s best green pops, if you will, clocking in at nearly 12 minutes. In all of them, she’s opens up some sort of cyst on a body part, that cyst proceeds to ooze green goo.

She started out by showing off the cyst that she featured earlier this week (with St. Paddy’s Day-themed music playing in the background, of course).

Then, she moved on to an inflamed cyst on a man’s neck. The situation was pretty similar: She cut the cyst open, and oily green stuff seeped out—but this time, it seemed to ooze forever. “It keeps going!” she said at one point.

After that, she featured a cyst on someone’s chest. It looks pretty gross—like a massive whitehead—but doesn’t seem like it’s going to be that extreme. But when Dr. Pimple Popper makes an incision at the top, green stuff starts oozing out. “Are you okay?” she asked the patient at one point. “Yeah, I’m just grossed out” was the reply (honestly, same times a million).

It didn’t stop there. There was a man who came in with a cyst near his waist that one of her colleagues cut out. It came out in a lump, which the doctor then squeezed and…you can guess what happened next (yup, green gunk again). And finally, Dr. P showed a cyst below a man’s ear, and another on a woman’s scalp, both of which involved oozing grossness.

For the record, this video is INTENSE. And seriously, you don’t want to see it if you recently ate—no matter how much you love St. Patrick’s Day (or Dr. Pimple Popper, for that matter).
